By creating an account, browsing the site, using our extension, or engaging with our AI assistant or messaging channels, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Goodlife AI, Inc ("Goodlife").

2. Private Preview Access

Goodlife is currently offered as a private preview service via a "Trusted Tester" program. Some features may be experimental, under active development, or subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service - including features, functionality, or access - without prior notice.

Your participation as a Trusted Tester may involve sharing feedback. By participating, you agree that Goodlife can use feedback to improve its services, and that feedback is not subject to compensation unless otherwise stated.

To use Goodlife, you must be at least 18 years old. By using Goodlife, you affirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

8. SMS Verification Program

Goodlife uses SMS messages to deliver one-time verification codes for account authentication. By providing your mobile phone number and tapping "Send verification code" on a Goodlife sign-in or sign-up screen, you provide explicit opt-in consent to receive a one-time SMS verification message from Goodlife.

Program description. This SMS program is used solely to deliver transactional verification codes that allow you to securely log into your Goodlife account. We do not use this SMS program to send marketing, promotional, or product-update messages.

Message frequency. Messages are sent only in direct response to your explicit request (for example, when you tap "Send verification code" on a login or sign-up screen). Typical usage is one message per sign-in attempt.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Goodlife is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur.

Opt-out (STOP). You can opt out of receiving SMS verification codes at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages from this program. To resubscribe, reply START or request a new verification code through the Goodlife app or website.

Help (HELP). For help, reply HELP to any message we send, or contact our support team at support@heygoodlife.com.

Carrier liability. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to this program. We may update this SMS program from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page.

Goodlife is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties about the accuracy, availability, or reliability of savings, coupons, or recommendations. All price comparisons, reward stacks, or recommendations are offered as best-effort guidance based on available data.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect signifies your acceptance.
